This is for the couple that wants to plan the day themselves but need a little help
along the way. Enchanted will keep you on the right track and guide you in the
direction you want to go. Begins with a two hour consultation to explore how
you want your wedding dream to play out. Meetings thereafter will be scheduled
as needed.

- · Establish and administer a wedding plan and budget customized to the couple’s dreams and needs.
- · Create a time line and monthly task list
- · Provide wedding binder
- · Provide at least three vendor referrals to the couple in each category, based on their needs*
- · Evaluate all proposals and contracts on behalf of couple
- · Attend a detailed finalization appointment with each vendor one month prior to wedding date
- · Send out confirmation letters and make follow up calls to all vendors two weeks prior to date.
- · Fax/e-mail wedding day itinerary to all vendors one week prior to wedding date.
- · Assist with rehearsal dinner location, menu creation, decorations
- · Assist in selection of wedding and reception music
- · Assist with reception floor plan, menu selection, and decorations
- · Attend rehearsal to guide wedding party
- · Create information cards for the wedding party including duties, responsibilities, and time schedules.
- · Provide etiquette guidelines
Wedding Day
- · Review all wedding plans and details with vendors and wedding party
- · Coordinate all events and activities through ceremony and reception
- · Ensure all details of ceremony and reception meet bridal couples specifications
- · Assist bride, groom, wedding party and immediate family
- · Provide Wedding Consultant Emergency Kit
- · Deliver attire to the ceremony site
- · Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants
- · Transport personal items of bridal couple to the reception
- · Bustle wedding gown at reception
- · Handout tossing items to guest or the person responsible for distributing items at appropriate time
- · Box additional wedding cake
- · Arrange Honeymoon meal for bridal couple
Post Wedding
- · Return all rented items (cake, florist, rental companies)
- · Return all tuxedos (must be in one location the day following the wedding)
- · Arrange for wedding gown preservation
- · Arrange for wedding flower preservation
The cost of this service includes unlimited E-mail from the Bridal Couple and their parents, up to 10 progress meetings
including the initial two hour consultation, 20 phone calls, one hour for rehearsal, and up to 8 hours on the day of the
wedding. Any services in this package that are not needed by the couple will, of course, be deducted from the cost of the
package
*Enchanted does not accept commissions from any vendors. Those recommended are chosen because of their expertise
and commitment to excellence in their profession.
