| Completing the Dream Wedding Day Coordination |
This is for the couple that has planned their wedding and now wants to be able to
enjoy their special day. It starts with a 2-hour meeting, six to eight weeks before the
wedding to review contracts and tend to any last minute details that might have been
over looked. Enchanted will be at the rehearsal, the ceremony and reception to make
sure everything is exactly as you have dreamed it would be.
Pre- Wedding Day Activities
- · Evaluate all proposals and contracts on behalf of couple
- · Assist couple with last minute details and emergencies
- · Attend rehearsal to guide wedding party
- · Create information cards for the wedding party including duties, responsibilities,
- · Provide etiquette guidelines
Wedding Day
- · Review all wedding plans and details with vendors and wedding party
- · Coordinate all events and activities through ceremony and reception
- · Ensure all details of ceremony and reception meet bridal couples specifications
- · Assist bride, groom, wedding party and immediate family
- · Provide Wedding Consultant Emergency Kit
- · Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants
- · Transport personal items of bridal couple to the reception
- · Bustle wedding gown at reception
- · Handout tossing items to guest or the person responsible for distributing items at
- · Box additional wedding cake
- · Arrange Honeymoon meal for bridal couple
Cost for services includes two progress meetings, unlimited e-mails, and 10 phone calls along
with one hour at the rehearsal and up to 7 hours on the day of ceremony.
